Troubleshooting

I hear nothing

• Click anywhere on the page once: browsers and systems only start audio after an interaction.
• Check system volume and output device (headphones plugged in?).
• With MIDI: the file needs an instrument on the track in your DAW.

Drag and drop into the DAW fails

• Export “to the library” instead and add the library folder as a location in your DAW.
• Or download and drag the file from your downloads folder.

The microphone does not respond

• Allow microphone access for artnorama studio in your system settings.
• Choose the right input device and raise the input level.
• Close other programs that use the microphone exclusively (video calls).

A file will not load

• WAV, AIFF, FLAC, MP3 and MIDI are supported. The analyser demo only measures the first five minutes of very long files.
• Rename files with special characters (no umlauts, no spaces).
